May have been the losing side. Still not convinced it was the wrong one.

Tutto quello che io ho fatto, l’ho fatto per Firenze. A maggior gloria di Dio.

It came to my attention that many of the people who’ve noticed this post chose not to vote for Conviction because they don’t want to endorse something they don’t know much about. So here are some facts about the show:
Hayes Morrison is a bisexual, self-destructive, intelligent character and a brilliant lawyer. And although she’s flawed, she is so damn relatable.
The Conviction Integrity Unit tackles cases of individuals that may be wrongfully convicted.
The cases spark conversations about incredibly relevant issues in today’s society. For example… Black Lives Matter, police corruption, diminished capacity, double standards, and hopefully a lot more (if the show returns for a second season).
The relationships between characters are so well-written and you never know what’s going to happen next.
It’s not just a typical legal procedural (like Criminal Minds or Law and Order). The characters are complex. The dialogue is fantastic. The issues are so important to talk about. I’m pleading with you to vote for this show. Maybe you’ll choose to watch it one day.
