Temple Grandin has some great fashion sence. That is one great shirt! Inscription: Tru West Rockmount Ranch Wear / Denver, CO / (on the cuff) Colorado State University

I love everything about this boardgame from 1958 made by Corry Mobach and Rokus van Blokland. Check this one and others here on a site about their work.

Handmade Wood Creations by David Lynch
A collection of approximately 28 small and medium-sized wooden creations from the personal home woodshop of David Lynch, most handmade by Lynch himself.
The collection includes multiple drawers of various sizes (including one with handwriting in Lynch's hand on one side that reads, "LEVERS / #36321"), a dual-headed broom from the 19th episode of season 2 of Twin Peaks (ABC, 1990 - 1991) entitled "Variations and Revelations," a hammer made out of a branch with a rock glued on top, an upright foldable stand with leather hinge, a rudimentary 16-hand clock, a tennis ball on a wooden swivel, door stoppers, two zig-zag shapes, and more.
Also included is an antique wood block plane, a drawer / container marked "Melissa & Doug®," and a metal tool accessory labeled "Studio F. Kia© / Boston, MA."

Box Breathing
There are lots of different versions of breathing techniques, but I find this one the easiest one to stick to. Find a comfortable position and focus on your breathing.
You breathe in for 4 and out for 4.
If you don’t have a visual guide like the one above, use something square/rectangular around you to help you focus. Integrating breathing exercises in your life takes patience and is something we slowly train our body to naturally do when we’re feeling stressed or anxious. Why not try starting with box breathing each morning or before you go to bed for a week? See if you notice a difference to your stress levels and breathing.
Filmposter for the documentary ‘Where Dragons Live’ by Suzanne Raes (photo by Chris Marmier) Really enjoyed this doc, about a complicated family and their parents legacy.
