I wanna play! Puhlease!?
a 90’s kid? don’t you mean sad adult?
70,000 people have reblogged this but no one is trying to defend themselves
There is nothing to defend
#i read a post once that described 90s kids as the generation of nostalgia #because so much technological advancement happened in such a rapid timeframe when we were growing up #that we can clearly remember having technologies that are now obsolete #like going from a corded hugeass phone to a small computer in your pocket just within our formative years is a major thing #and it sparks a nostalgia for our seemly ‘simpler’ childhoods #because so much rapid development makes it seem like it was a lot longer ago than it actually was (x)
This is the most solid explanation of our decade I have ever heard.
Oh my god
Just to add onto that, our childhood wasn’t even technology based. We grew up knowing of chalk, skateboards, jump rope, street hockey, playgrounds, butterfly collecting, etc. Slowly technology took over our lives and now there are hardly kids playing outside in the summer. We can clearly remember our childhood as it was and now we can see the clear line between it. We were the generation right smack in the middle of it all. Our parents were of non-tech and our children/young siblings will be all tech.
Not to mention, ours was the last generation that grew up with all those bright promises of “work hard, go to college, and you’ll have a successful life,” only to find those hopes abruptly dashed when the housing bubble burst. Milliennials have grown up expecting that disappointment, because for them, the problem has been there since Day One.
So 90s kids aren’t just nostalgic…we’re BITTER. And we ache for those days when we could still think that the world was boundless and full of the opportunities we were promised since the first day of kindergarten.
damn son

I WENT TO THE PARTY STORE
I love this store! -Princess
Me honestly 🙄
Shout out to all the littles who aren’t so “little.”
Shout out to all the littles whose little-outfits aren’t small or even medium.
Shout out to all the littles who can’t be picked up by their caregiver.
Shout out to all the littles who have ever been pulled out of littlespace by looking at their tummies or thighs.
Being little doesn’t mean size! Love to every little, keep your chin up cutie!! 💜💜💜
I’m little, I require . . .
- Good morning texts to wake up to telling me how important and loved I am
- Good night texts to see before I fall asleep that remind me there is no place you would rather be than with me
- Random thinking of you texts that help to keep me little throughout the day; remind me that I am your princess, baby girl, little one, and/or kitten - remind me that I am irreplaceable
- A bed time routine so that I can have some sort of consistency in a world that is constantly changing
- Genuine praise over the pictures I slave, but also enjoy to color for you (Not just an, “Oh, that’s nice” or “I like it” - this leads me to believe you either don’t like it, or don’t care)
- Small surprises - whether it’s my favorite little space snack (frosted animal crackers), food from my favorite place (McDonald’s), my favorite flower (peonies), or something little like a sippy cup or a new paci
- Consistent, but not constant attention; I know that you have responsibilities and things to do, you are a daddy - but at the end of the day, I want to know that I am the center of your world
- Interest in my likes, dislikes, thoughts, hopes, and dreams; you should love not only little me, but big me as well
- Rules, discipline, and guidance; there are things that I struggle with or want to achieve and I need your help, remember, I’m little and my biggest wish is to become the person you will make me, so help me
- Help with the small day to day activities, nothing makes me feel more cherished than when you kneel before me to help me tie my shoe in the same manner that I kneel before you, with complete reverence
- Affection and physical touch; a pat on the head or a kiss on my forehead not only lets me feel your complete ownership over my mind, body, and soul, but also signifies your approval of my actions which is what I seek above all else
- And of course, stuffies, every little, ageplayer or not, requires stuffies. To hold, to play with, to sleep with - especially when Daddy is not around
I love this so much. It’s literally exactly what I want. And want to give, to someone

what’s it like to be taller than 5’2”??? is it nice? can you comfortabley reach cupboards?
We live in constant fear of the short ones, who (in my experience) will climb 4 chairs, 2 boxes, a small coffee table, and 6 oddly placed stools to get what they want
