my brother today was like your life is so calm and serene you just read books and make coffee and live in your own world and I was like huh. kinda crazy that that's what it looks like to someone else because I feel like I'm constantly in some sort of turmoil. but it's nice if that's what it looks like, maybe I should try to see it that way too. I like and treasure my hobbies and my routines and they make my life better.

last 2 books ive picked up have not been good-one was a dnf and the other ended up being a 2 star:( but last night I couldn't sleep and all I could think about was fitzchivalry so I decided to start assassin's quest. I wasn't intending to read it this month because I wanted to space out the books but fuck it I want to read it now and it was so so wonderful to be back in that world again godddd. also stopped by the bookstore today and picked up 3 Agatha Christie's which I am super excited about :)
