So just wanted to check in and assure you that I'm still alive. I've actually been declared not-depressed-anymore. But I have reoccurring depressions so they'll come back. But for each episode I go through, I get better at dealing with them.
I'm over at my other blog, pastaofficial, if any of you all want to follow me there. I don't make my own posts that much, I just reblog stuff.

I thought I'd make a quick update again, if any of you are wondering what's up
So it turned out I have ASD, or more specified atypical autism. I'm really happy I got diagnosed, because it explains so much of my life and why I function - or some times, not function - the way I do. I can better analyze and understand my depressive episodes now, and I'm slowly learning to notice my triggers and warning signs of when I'm starting to get bad again. And I can explain to people better why some things are hard for me to do, or why some things take so much energy from me.
I was doing pretty good, cutting down on stress and stuff, but then I got a temp work in a place that, as it turns out, was really stressful and bad for me, and now I'm a bit more in the dump than I was before. But I've quit being there and now I try to take things slow, getting back up on my feet.
So, yeah. Things are not as horrible as they once was, when this blog was active. And as bad as feel about not being active for all you followers, I think it's pretty good that I haven't felt the need for this blog. And I don't self-harm, been clean since June 2014. So things are looking up.
If you’re wondering what’s happening with me, I can tell you that I’m practicing working at the city library, I’m doing lots of testing at the hospital to see if I have ADHD, ADD, asperger, autism or something. I’m not as depressed as I’ve been before, and I barely have any anxiety at all. It’s all very manageable. That’s why I’m not on this tumblr as much as before, or at tumblr in general. I hope you all are hanging in there, that things are going better or will get better soon. ❤
