I like to think if you gave a rotling enough love and care you could break the recycling undying flesh curse part of their existence, but unlike how using Sin cures them of it doesn't actually physically change them. Rebirth doesn't have to be literal, it can be under the hood affairs. You don't need skin anyways that's just what Big Flesh wants you to think. Y'know, on one hand I do have actual character ideas for Clay's Excadrill for the backstory of the Friendlocke that involves him going to pride rallies in 89' with Gabi and them owing money and losing touch and all that jazz. But on the other hand, shitposting about him just telling his kid about the time he basically just traumatized some random dude, and that kid being the one who gets traded to Salty is hilarious. I might draw something of the former eventually but for now, the latter (I forgot Excadrill had the worst sideburns ever)
