📢 PROOF THAT TARGET IS PUTTING RFID TAGS IN CLOTHING 📢

when i started lifting just a year ago, i didn’t even check for rfids at target. don’t do that! i know it has a reputation for being easy, so i feel this is something people may overlook.

i saw a post a couple weeks ago that target is putting rfids on clothing now. i went there for the first time on months today, so i checked. yep, there’s rfids on the clothing–even on panties!

the first picture is what the sticker looks like on the product. you can sort of see the telltale metallic circuitry in it. the second picture is a sticker i pulled off next to the tag it was stuck on–see, literally a pair of $5 target panties lmao. the last picture is what the rfid looks like when removed.

i know we all know to search for these tags, but it was still surprising to me that target of all places is using them. more stores are stepping up their game. check EVERY clothing item you steal thoroughly, regardless of where you’re stealing it from.

Lifting does help people. It’s not always about high end makeup or designer bags. Yesterday there wasn’t a single thing to eat in this house..no joke. Not even a can of corn. We had no food. Now we’re stocked. Cereal, ramen, bread, lunch meat and cheese, macaroni, fruit, juice, tea, sugar, goldfish, danishes, muffins, milk…. My 2 year old niece and nephew have food to eat. Nobody is going hungry. I won’t feel bad for how we made that happen.

Things to lift for weightloss

If seen some posts on liftblr about some of you girlies (and guys too!) who want to lose weight! I myself am a lil chubby so I’m trying to loose weight so here are some things I’ve lifted or than you can lift that gave me a bit of motivation!

- cute workout clothes! • crop sport leggings • dry fit shorts • running tank tops • a workout jacket (when it gets colder and if u like to run outside) • nice sneakers • athletic socks - a nice water Bottle (I recently got a fruit infuser one and I love it! - HEALTHY FOOD! This is a given but everything tastes better when it’s lifted! Some little things I like to snack on are • fresh fruit! My summer staple • baby carrots and ranch • pre made salads a great cuz I’m lazy • frozen smoothie mix so u can just blend it up • any healthy snack u can steal babe! - a cute bathing suit! You can hang it up in your room and looking at it will give you motivation to get the body you want to wear it. - an outfit in your goal size for the same reason above. - detox tea! I love this shit! - a cute journal to log your food - gum to chew when you’re hungry Between meals - fat girl six pack or any toning gel and Saran Wrap! Do a DIY wrap these work amazing for me you just spread your toning gel (my favs are fat girl six pack and the body shops version) all over your tummy or any concern area and wrap it in Saran Wrap. Leave it on overnight. Usually I loose ½-2 inches!

Remember to always drink enough water this is so critical for weight loss! Also remember ur body is super cute and so are you!
