{5 things Iâve learned by myself: 1.) donât even bother stitching yourself back together because when 2am rolls around youâre just going to rip and spill open again, itâs just going to hurt you even more, let yourself be open and hurt. you have to expose yourself to open air to heal anyways. 2.) slow and steady is key. if you pick yourself up too fast all youâre going do is just get dizzy and topple over. allow yourself to be weak. no one is strong 24/7. not even the best of us. 3.) you can cry and scream if you need to. thereâs nothing wrong with collapsing. even the brightest stars go cold and burn out. 4.) donât text him. I know you want to, I know you miss seeing his name but itâs just gonna hurt you even more. (I know your fingers are aching but itâs just gonna hurt you even more.) 5.) and please, let him go when you are ready. holding on is slowly going to rip you apart and before you know it youâre going to be in pieces. so, let go when you must. you are okay. // ig writingmyself }

My romantic life (byÂ
Jamie Mortara)
I think a lot about killing myself, not like a point on a map, but rather like a glowing exit sign at a show thatâs never been quite bad enough to make me want to leave. See, when Iâm up I donât kill myself because, holy shit, thereâs so much left to do! When Iâm down I donât kill myself because then the sadness would be over, and the sadness is my old paint under the new, the sadness is the house fire or the broken shoulder. Iâd still be me without it, but Iâd be so boring!

Itâs just not that much fun having fun when you donât want to have fun, mom.

I have thoughts in my head that would be better left unsaid. But they creep out and bleed on to paper. And here I am pouring my heart out in a room alone with no one to listen. How long will it be before I let somebody in?
Tired Eyes // Endlesssky (via relapselandlrepeat)
Donât you dare try and figure me out. Too many people have claimed they can read me like a book and then they went and put me on shelf.

emotions
emotions, playing a game of tug-o-war; to let yourself crash and give up or to accelerate and see if youâll soar, to lower the set bar or to see if you can jump bravely, and see if youâll even roar- emotions, a puzzle in the mind; a black cloud may surround, blinding you and stealing your light it will not stop until brightness you canât find, a black dog may follow you around better though, itâŠ

stop telling people to respect all opinionsÂ
because guess what:
if your opinion dehumanizes people, if itâs sexist or racist or ableist or transphobic or homophobic, then it does not deserve respect and neither do you
