so teenage boys being out of control is fine and theyre just confused young boys, meanwhile every piece of media is painting all teenage girls with the same horrid brush, annoying, obsessed, dramatic, hysterical, and we're just supposed to accept it? as if we aren't going through important physical, mental, and psychological development? with unregulated hormones?

i see so many people claim women blame everything on their hormones, yet its only teenage boys who seem to be allowed to express how terrible and horrible life is, meanwhile teenage girls are just expected to what? grow up in a world where they're treated as subhuman - well aware of the fact they cant make much change in their lifetime - with a big smile on their face? watching more and more restrictions be put on them, and their bodies treated as something sexual before they're even comfortable with their sexuality, meanwhile their male peers are allowed to walk around shirtless, and jerking off to violent porn is seen as something normal- and a punchline to some jokes?

a teenage girl masturbating is unheard of, it isnt commonly talked about, we arent allowed the sense of humor of boys, we arent allowed to have the same comfort with masturbating as boys do.
