I tried to write a song about you, but I couldn’t. None of the notes were as sweet as the sound of your voice. None of the notes could express the sound of your heartbeat, when i put my head on your chest. They didn’t compare, it wasn’t enough. And, my darling, I could not describe the way you make me feel in simple lyrics. You’re too complex for my poetry. You’re too beautiful for even the prettiest melody. I cannot fathom you, I cannot put you into words.

Or when you see someone you likeand your heart races? Or even when you reach a goal you set for yourself? Remember what that feels like next time you’re upset, or sad, or crying.
