I just took a What Is My Non-Binary Gender Quiz and I don’t agree with the results that I got.
It gave me the result of Bi-Gender. As I have always understood it, this is a subgroup of Transgender. I am not at all Transgender, Transsexual or Intersexual, however I have nothing against these folks and am certainly not, “phobic.”
So I thought I would take this opportunity to clarify who I am and how I identify with this being my very first post and all here on my Tumblr account.
I also figured it would be worth noting to state that since I’m engaged to my wonderful fiancé, Jonathan Sowards, right now more than anything else, my Sexual Orientation seems to be Jon Sowards-Sexual, my Romantic Orientation is currently more or less Jon Sowards-Romantic, my Relationship Orientation is basically Jon Sowards-Relational, and obviously since I’m engaged, my Marital Orientation is DEFINITELY Jon Sowards-gamous (Lol! Biological Gender/Chromosomal Orientation
Female: XX Chromosomes - meaning I was born completely Female (born Female at birth and to this day I am still 100% Female with no desire, intentions or plans on changing that)
Non-Binary: Likely Agender or Genderfluid
Agender: denoting or relating to a person who does not identify themselves as having a particular gender
Genderfluid: of, relating to, or being a person whose gender identity is not fixed. There are also people who identify as “gender fluid,” a mix of both genders, and may feel more male on some days and more female on others
Bisexual: The term bisexuality is mainly used in the context of human attraction to denote romantic or sexual feelings toward both men and women,[1][2][3] and the concept is one of the three main classifications of sexual orientation along with heterosexuality and homosexuality, all of which exist on the heterosexual–homosexual continuum. A bisexual identity does not necessarily equate to equal sexual attraction to both sexes; commonly, people who have a distinct but not exclusive sexual preference for one sex over the other also identify themselves as bisexual.[7]
Sapiosexual: A term that means “sexually attracted to highly intelligent people
Demisexual: A demisexual is a person who does not experience sexual attraction unless they form a emotional connection. It's more commonly seen in, but by no means confined, to romantic relationships. The term demisexual comes from the orientation being "halfway between" sexual and asexual
Biromantic: attraction towards any of the above but only after forming a deep emotional bond with the person(s) (demiromanticism).
Demiromantic: Romantic attraction towards any gender or sexual orientation or romantic orientation but only after forming a deep emotional bond with the person(s) (demiromanticism)
Relationship/Relational Orientation
Monoamorous: 1. The practice or condition of having a single sexual partner during a period of time. 2. The practice or condition of being married to only one person at a time.
Monogamous: involving marriage to one person at a time
