the first thing i do when i wake up is grab my adderall next to my bed. I take one. I lay in bed till it kicks in so i don’t have to pass the kitchen and try to eat. Then i wait as long as possible to eat usually around 5-6 when my bf gets off work and makes dinner and i eat to avoid a fight. Then i usually throw it up the moment he leaves the room or i’ll try and only eat a small portion and not be filled with guilt. i’m still fat though.
