Gotten major companies to pull ad support form sites where the staff encouraged bullying.
Raised money for several charities, including anti-bullying ones
Pulled the cover all kinds of bullshit going in the gaming industry
Pushed sites like The Escapist to re-write their polices to have better transparency and more efforts to make the personal biases of their staff known.
Helped reported several people that were sending threats as an act of goodwill
In fact, GamerGate raised over $70,000 to go towards projects supporting and encouraging women to go into gaming, and over $45,000 in addition to other causes such as Unicef, Child’s Play, and Extra Life.

1) Vivian James was not created for GamerGate’s purpose. It was created by 4chan’s /v/ as a means to support The Fine Young Capitalists’ kickstarter, which some certain individuals were trying to shut down for unreasonable demands. Her figure was supposed to pull a prank on every person who thought that the “hellhole of the internet” would have put some demonic dick monster or something on a charitable event.
2) None of the aforementioned threats and doxes have ever been confirmed as made by GamerGate supporters. To respond to that, especially to some certain individuals attacking Anita Sarkeesian, a group of twitter tone-policing people were able to track down harassers, among which a brazillian clickbait journalist who had tried to make a quick buck out of the situation. Surprisingly, after being presented with the evidence, Anita refused to press charges on the man, nor even acknowledge the work on GamerGate’s part.
3) Among AAA supporters, GamerGate can count Mark Kern, Daniel Vávra, the dev studios of Running with Scissors as well as various other developers, including the original Xbox’s designers.
4) The two blokes behind The Sarkeesian Effect (especially mr. skulltoy) are constantly made fun of by GamerGate themselves, you would especially know this if you ever visited the /gamergate/ and /cow/ boards of 8chan. The general opinion is they made bank on the Reddit kids who thought they were part of some sort of le epic internet war, but it’s a story for another time.
5) Miss Christina Hoff Sommers is an actual academic critic. Unlike certain other critics, her inbox and comment sections are always open for discussion. Again, you would know this if you had even as much as googled her name.
6) Mark Kern spoke out against games journalists because, due to the sheer ineptitude and corruption on their part, they sent back media’s opinion of gaming culture back into the 90′s “violence in games is violence outside” levels,as “perfectly” illustrated by this video.
7) Milo Yiannopoulos was the first person who tried and take an objective approach at the story, and found it to be interesting enough to warrant digging into. He’s not a “holy figure” or leader or anything of the sort.
8) You can read up about all of the ethical reforms that have been either directly or indirectly being caused by GamerGate right here.
This is all research that could be done by spending no more than ten minutes on google. You wasted what I must assume at least half a day making a comic that can be deconstructed without even digging for sources. I’ll give you that, though, you’ve got style. It’s a shame your art is being used like this.

Has been caught multiple times now sending “harassment” to herself, orjust plain faking it. She also lied about leaving her house over the “threats”. (six links total here)
She had her husband beg people on Facebook to get Steam accounts in order to upvote Revolution 60.
She accuses anyone that interviews her that doesn’t immediately take her side of trying to “humiliate” her (here she is screaming about her interview on the David Pakman show being a “hit piece”). For added fun, here she is on Huffpost Live getting completely destroyed by the mod of 8chan.
She promoted another interview as “unbiased”, despite the fact thatthe interviewer donated to fund her ugly game. (four links here)

Faked being doxxed/hacked. (<two links here) Hmm…I’m sensing a pattern with these women…

What have other anti-GGs done?
Circulated child pornography onto 8chan (because exploiting children is totally an okay thing to do, though perhaps not the smartest tactic againstpeople known to cooperate with and assist the FBI in taking down anyone posting such content).
Sent in false police reports, resulting the SWAT teams being dispatched to at least two different houses under false pretenses. These same two people were also sent items such as a dirty syringe, and a knife with a note telling them to kill themselves.
Doxxed at least 23 people, including published equity feminist Christina Hoff Sommers. These people do NOT care about women. If they did, they wouldn’t be so eager to hack into their personal accounts, sexually harass them, deny their existence when they disagree with them, and hacking into and deleting a project by a feminist group intended to benefit women in gaming simply because they found out that 4chan had donated a substantial amount to it(which, by the way, was orchestrated by Zoe Quinn).
In fact, ABC actively silenced women by deleting comments left by womenon their recent GamerGate video (you know…the one withover 29 times as many dislikes as likes). (two links here)
Pirated the game Claire, and sent death threats to the developers, as well as calling the female developers on the team “whores”.
Sending false DMCA flags against any site posting evidence that incriminates them (so feel free to save/archive this post!).
And meanwhile, these people ignore the facts regarding representation of women in games.
Oh, but clearly…it’s those “cishet white MALES!” (and not, you know…women and minorities) that are “harassing” these “poor, innocent” women, and totally not that these women stand to profit dramatically from creating a problem where one doesn’t exist.
