Modern AU!Henclair: Thanksgiving Head-cannons

-Dustin’s fav holiday, Lucas not so much but seeing his bf all excited over the autumn colors and seasonal foods brings this warmth to his heart that cannot be i g n o r e d

- Dustin always makes his grandma’s pumpkin pie bc its tradition and he freaking loves watching the entire Party freak out when he brings it to the potluck

-Lucas is forced to sit through “It’s Thanksgiving, Charlie Brown!” like five times every Saturday from the end of Halloween until Thanksgiving

-The two always make little turkey themed key chains, every single year because its fun (defintiely nOt bc they somehow manage to lose them every single time)

-Byeler and Elmax become slightly concerned with the large amount of pumpkins on the front porch

-”pUmpkIns need hOmes too, LucAs!”

-After the giant potluck, they cuddle on the sofa and Lucas makes Dustin watch Die Hard as payback

Why I’ve Been Inactive

So, I don’t like going into much detail about anything regarding my personal life on the internet. It tends to make me uncomfortable but I will for y’all bc I promised a fic and haven’t delivered, and I’m really sorry. I’m working on it, I promise! But there was this whole debacle that ended up having me lose the fic so I had to start all over and by then there was just zero inspiration or even will to start over cause I was so so so proud of what I’d accomplished. My girlfriend said that if I didn’t want to start over I should just write a completely different one so that’s what I’m doing bc she’s angel with amazing advice. I started the new fic a week ago-ish bc I just regained access to google docs about a month ago, and school has recently started so I’m very busy and I have no idea when the fic will come just that its coming!
