“will likes mack more than mack likes will” is so tired like move im BORED. obviously will likes mack. mack is a lot and will loves it. but mack loves will soooo fucking much it’s insane. like this is a guy who moved every ten minutes for the first seventeen years of his life. he doesn’t seem to have any childhood best friends or a ton of guys from juniors or college he’s super close with. but there is will, this one guy that mack has zeroed in on. he has sunk both his claws and his teeth right in! he likes him so much it’s embarrassing! he has since 5 minutes into rookie camp!
Ok so I don't really know how to start this and I'm trying not to be like weird about it but there are so many thoughts bouncing around in my head. I've been using tumblr for literally like 12 years or so and I have never sent an ask not because I'm shy or anything I just have never been compelled to. I always felt like dropping kudos or a comment on AO3 was enough but fratprez AU has genuinely awakened something in me. I've never felt like I needed to express how much I like something to someone outside of my personal circle so much but like. I start smiling subconsciously when I'm scrolling through AO3 and I see a fratprez update. I started using tumblr again a couple months ago because of willmack but I started following and keeping tabs on certain authors because of You. I recognize your user everywhere and could recognize your writing from a mile away I think. I don't start unfinished fics as a personal rule but I am this 🤏 close to starting the Cape cod fic just to consume more of your writing. The way you characterize both will and mack but Especially is just really special and beautiful to me. I like that they feel like real characters and not stale blurry photocopied versions of their real life counterparts. Fratprez will and mack have taken over as the inspiration for my nightly scenarios that's how much I love them. I Never read cuck fics cause it's just not my vibe but I didn't even hesitate to click on the new fic cause I was like oh cry wrote it this is about to be a banger (and it was btw). Please never stop writing fratprez AU I beg of you. Again sorry if this is like too weird or long I'm not trying to pressure you or put you on a pedestal I literally just cannot express how much I love your writing in a normal way.
P.s. if you write the sub drop fic I will actually be indebted forever. The only thing I've been yearning for is hurt/comfort in the fratprez universe 🙏

second! thank you for the love re: characterization. i was EXTREMELYYYYY nervous to start posting fic because as much as i felt like i had some grasp of what i was trying to do with willmack as individuals and as a couple, i figured there was a very real chance it would not resonate with people. i've been so deeply relieved to find that my love for these idiots has permeated the text and transferred through the screen
THIRD! i will absolutely be writing a subdrop fic. i already have like 900 words of it going, but i set it aside because it was making me a little soppy lol. but it will get finished eventually

Paradise Cove has gotten a notorious reputation for being a sappy as they come, consistently picking up strays that meander their way through the stretch of hills and valleys they call ' The Tank. ' It's a pleasant and large ranch, just a little bit outside of town and off the beaten path.
Will was one of those exact wanderers not too many years back. Eagerly taken in by the Toffolis who'd taken one look at him and decided they'd be his safe haven for as long as he needed. He shown up at their doorsteps sniffling, clutching his rosary so hard his palm was bleeding. He couldn't do any of the hard labor, but he'd managed to make himself useful helping Cat with the house chores.
Now it seems time for another to join their ranks. A lone traveling ranch hand carrying nothing but what he can fit on his back arrives on their door steps looking for work. He's cagey, unsettled and doesn't like keeping his back to the door. Says he won't stay long and he swears he won't be trouble.
Will should leave him alone, knows well enough that not everyone who rests at the cove stays forever. but he can't help but feel magnetically pulled into his orbit, especially since he just can't shake the feeling that this ranch hand is running from something rather than just wandering his way through life.
