it's the craziest thing working with young teenagers and fully realising that the things I was up to and dealing with are not normal or common things for young teenagers to be dealing with

meant to be able to notice things in people, like mental health issues, but like rn everything seems normal

it's not till someone else sees something that I can see that it's bad and not right

met back up with my friend that I let stay with my mum for a while when he had nowhere else to stay and he told me that seeing my mum's house made him realise how well he had it

made him feel better about his life cos atleast it was better then what I had

at work was saying to people how my partner just started their placement working in another psych ward and they went on this thing about how hard it will be for them and how horrible and difficult the people in there could be

I was just sat there like,,, don't really wanna make this awkward or share this thing about myself but like that's been me, I have been in there many a time,,, we are people too

I hate the representation that horders get

hording is a mental disorder

it's not just a thing abusers do

yes you can hate someone that is a horder but that does not mean that all people with that type of ocd are horrible people

idk I've just seen so many people using horder in a similar way that they are using narcissist (also not a general term for abusers) just cos it gets traction

none of these mental disorders mean automatic abuse

no mental illness means automatic abuse
