So I know this is a lot to ask, but I thought there’s no harm in linking this here. I’ve linked the gofundme for a family friend who owns a bar in Thailand. The bar is at risk of closing as the owner is trying to not only pay rent during the pandemic but is also trying to continue paying his staff, as the govt is not giving them any financial aid. However as he is making no income himself with the bar being shut for covid, he is close to having to sell it.
This bar means a lot to many people, myself included. It’s a place where I’ve met so many friends and made so many memories over the years. Paul loves his bar just as much as the visitors and it would be such a shame to see him lose it in his attempt to make sure his staff still have income.
