Yeah you may feel hungrier, so go eat you mad thing? ___________________________________________ 🔹You’re not going to gain fat or stop losing fat if you don’t eat at certain times. In fact you’ll continue to lose it once you’re in a calorie deficit. # Gain fat from not eating? You don’t have to eat within 30 minutes post workout. ___________________________________________ 🔴Want to lose weight? Ensure you’re in a calorie deficit. = Less food 🔴Want to gain weight?
