if duff slash and izzy had their way, they would’ve kept making albums just as good as the Stones catalog but they needed a singer and frontman to deliver and Axl was just headed in a completely different direction.

Sadly it wasn’t to be but was great while it lasted…

They were a couple in 2006. She had a teenage daughter that Izzy mentioned in interviews so it was a ‘serious’ relationship and they were together for a few years.

However I don’t think they are still together based on comments on a podcast; that Izzy was in a new relationship. Think it was an episode of Appetite for Distortion from a few years ago ???

Sorry i haven’t got exact dates and sources. His love life isn’t that interesting to me.
