Stop putting yourself down, just because you’re not giving your 100% in one area of your life, doesn’t mean you aren’t enough. If you’re working on changing bad habits, unhealthy thought patterns, negative emotions, or toxic behaviors, know that you are healing and serving progress for self-improvement. It’s just that, things take priority, and take time, and that’s okay as long as you are focused and choosing yourself every single day.
