i wonder how long they’ve had rio. As cold as singed is, and despite referring mainly to “the mutation”, he did go out of his way to pick a name for her. which makes me think he might’ve raised her? my other question though is where he got her, looks like something you’d see in ionia judging by the coloring and appearance, but maybe the eye-catching pink is a part of the mutated characteristics? zaun has a lot of strange creatures unknown to piltover, so maybe it could even be a native zaun species? i wonder. i feel like they’re not going to mention singed’s mercenary days with ionia/noxus, or maybe even retcon it altogether in this series, since it turns out the burns originate from jinx and not experiments/ionian chemical warfare. but we’ll see...

So I haven’t watched Arcane yet (even though I know I should) but I assumed it took place before the Ionian invasion. I don’t think they can retcon Singeds WMD’s cause it would fuck up a lot of the lore EXPRESSALY Rivins and master Yi’s to a lesser extent

That being said it would be hella funny even Singed came home from war,went up to Silco and was like “Look at this Pokémon I got!”
