’79 CIOCC San Cristobal

This is all the money, but what a treat: a near-NOS CIOCC from 1979 ridden just a handful of times before hanging on a display stand for 35 years. The only marks are from the clamps and it’s signed by CIOCC founder Giuseppe Pelizzoli.

The group is Super Record, joined by FT Bologna hubs/Nisi Countach rims, Cinelli 1R panto stem and Campione Del Mondo bars. Stunning.

Sun’s out, so the Raleigh went to the river for a pub visit only to be promptly shown up by this perfectly aged period Bianchi. Every little detail was a treat, from the exposed chromed lugs to those stunning bars. Beautiful.
