I can’t believe there’s no cake on this stupid train. Or at the depot. At least they have Iggy’s favorite muffin, though. And double chocolate muffins are basically cake anyway, right?

Do I even want to know why Prompto is blushing so hard? Ugh, probably not. I’m just gonna give him back his pants and see if I can get Ignis to actually sleep for a change.

Noct looks back into the other side of the room one last time to make sure Ignis is actually resting, then turns to Prompto with a relieved sigh. And scowls, because Prompto is staring at his legs and looks like he wants to laugh.

"What?" he snaps, putting his hands on his hips.

"You actually wear those?" Prompto snorts and he slaps both of his hands over his mouth.

Noct looks down at his neon green boxers and shimmies his hips so the cactuars look like they're dancing. "'Course I do. You bought them for me."

"Dude, they were a joke." Prompto shakes his head, but his smile is totally pleased. Which is why Noct wears them, even though he thinks they're stupid. Prompto needs to smile more--real smiles, for himself, not the ones he wears to make other people happy. "I thought you'd throw them out as soon as I went home."

"What, like you threw out these dorky chocobos?" Noct reaches out and snaps Prompto's waistband. Prompto yelps and smacks his shoulder.

I’m just glad Iggy’s ok. And it’s…nice sitting alone with him again. Silently. Without Gladio looming every five seconds.

Now if only Prom’s pants weren’t so uncomfortable. I didn’t think he was that much smaller than me, gees.

I thought Prom was with him and he’s not and what if he gets hurt? Maybe I should’ve gone with him instead.
