Start of Something
Quinn was in her second year of working at Disney World. She had gotten a job during her first year of college at University of Central Florida and loved it so much, that she decided to stay in Florida year round. She had nothing in Lima to take her back there other than her mother whom she had a less than amazing relationship with. This year was going to be amazing though, this year she had the honor of being considered a performer as she portrayed Cinderella. It took an hour and a half to get her into complete hair and makeup, but it was always worth it. Seeing the way the kids faces lit up made it all worth it. She made sure to get down on every childâs level, making them each feel special. She had the princess smile and laugh perfected, to them, she really was Cinderella. Smiling softly, Quinn looked at the little girl who just hugged her. âOh my goodness! Me? Youâre so sweet!â A giggle followed her words and she kept her gaze on the little girl. âWhatâs your name, sweetie?â Quinn questioned, her gaze drifting up for a moment to make contact with, who she assumed was the big brother. She smiled at him and then refocused her attention on the little girl.
Sam didnât know it was possible for a girl to be as pretty as the girl that was currently playing Cinderella. She had her character down pact but more than that he could tell that she probably was a really amazing person. Or, maybe that was just him trying to always see the best in people. Either way, anyone could see how pretty the girl was.
He loved how she got down on Stacieâs level. It made him happy because he knew his sister was so excited. Stevie wasnât as thrilled but they would go and meet someone he wanted to later. He knew it was all about taking turns with his younger siblings. They could be a pain sometimes but he did love them a lot. he would do absolutely anything for them. Right now, when he could be learning more about the park and exploring, he was leading them around and letting them do whatever their little hearts desired.
âI am Stacie. And thatâs my brother Stevie and my biggest brother, Sam.â He was pretty sure the girl didnât need to know all of that but Stacie, of course, told her anyway. Sam smiled and lamely waved before putting his hand back down.Â
Quinnâs focus remained on Stacie as she listened to all the little girl had to say. A child that was next in line was becoming impatient, but she was trained to handle this. âJust a moment sweetheart, once Iâm finished talking to my new friend Stacie, youâll have all of my attention.â she flashed a smile at the little girl who then began freaking out to her mother that Cinderella had just spoken to her. Looking back at Stacie, she grinned, âSo you were saying that this is your brother Stevie, and then your other brother Sam.â the blonde said as Stacie nodded enthusiastically.
Hazel eyes glanced up to look at each boy after she said their names. She was caught off guard when she finally looked at Sam. Her smile grew wider and she felt her heart flutter. âHello Stevie, and Sam. Itâs lovely to meet you. Iâm so glad you are here with my new friend Stacie!â Quinn exclaimed happily. Â
