What a hearty meal, literally! (Disclaimer: The heart-shaped chicken breast was not intentional though, it's in a heart shape naturally) Nothing beats a table of homecooked food after a long day at work - it feeds me physically and mentally. While cooking is my way to unwind, unfortunately I don't have the luxury time to cook up a storm every single day. On days when I have to resort to simple meal, I tend to steam everything and put them together in a bowl. Tried Frozen Edamame Salted Soy Beans from @fairpricesg for the first time and it's not bad at all! The edamame is lightly seasoned with salt and it is super easy to prepare. All you have to do is to pour boiling water over a bowl of frozen edamame, cover the bowl with a lid and set it aside for 3-4 min. After that, drain the water and the edamame is ready to serve, fuss free and foolproof! Edamame is high in protein so it is a good addition to my high-protein diet. Just realized that I only went to office thrice in 2021, that's recording breaking!
