8.14.26.(Friday)

Today is a basic day in my opinion. I don't go outside until Monday for school. I have classes to finish for my job in homemaking. I don't work until Saturday. I wonder how I should spend today? I would say that I should play Minecraft but you can't play Minecraft to escape the feeling of ennui, jealousy, and wasting hours you could do to just be productive.

I have to wait for the meals my family gets every two weeks so I can put away and eat the things my picky ass appetite enjoys, that I think I've started to get bored of it.

I think today I'm gonna start working again. They say that you shouldn't let anyone know that you're glowing up until you've finished.

I enjoy walking. Walking is fun. It doesn't burn muscle but it does burn fat. My upper body had so much muscle that I low-key look line backer. Well not really. My body is just uneven. I think I'm top heavy. When I mention that I mean that my arms are bulky, my lower body doesn't really match the top.

I think I enjoy cardio combined with strength training. I think I'm gonna start training my core every day and my legs and butt 3x a week. I heard that it's safe to train the core every day.

But other than that I think that's today's post.
