the international statute of secrecy had been a defining
aspect in the intercommunity relationship between muggle
and wixen kind, yet the prospect of stifling themselves
in order to be protected from the prejudice and fear of
the muggle community was not always favourably received
by those gifted with magic. after the fall of grindelwald
in 1945, the wizarding world had experienced momentary
peace, all while another darker force was nestled in the
very heart of wizarding london itself. it had started with
the disappearances of pivotal members of society ─
heads of departments or media representatives who had
failed to come into work one morning, seemingly unrelated
and unsolved when these missing persons would return
after days or weeks, a little worst for wear but otherwise
alive. it was not until they stopped reappearing that the
wizarding world began to take note. only one thread had
connected these people together, something that had been
discarded as a ludicrous theory ─ each and every one of
these victims, living and presumed deceased, were either
muggleborn or, half bloods or purebloods who were vocal
in their support for the oppressed against the long imposed
system of blood purity. with the members of wizengamot
and the minister of magic burying any and all reports
pertaining to these disappearances, it is up to a handful
of ministry workers and media reporters to seek out the
truth, at the risk of their lives. yet as the struggle begins
to bubble over and threaten chaos, the young wixen of
today must attempt to carry on with their lives for as long
as possible, regardless of the storm clouds that loom
ahead.
principiumhq is a literate, au roleplay
surrounding the lives of the marauders
generation after their school years.
with poignant events delayed to allow
room for personal growth, we aim to
focus on character development and
the relationships form while the first
wizarding war looms ahead, attempting
to impede or better their future.
