so i have a story of this girl who is an impulsive liar and her personality is very much "I DO NOT WANT TO LOOK LIKE THE PROBLEM, SO I WILL PASS IT ON TO SOMEONE ELSE, SO I STAY LOOKING GOOD" but at what cost? she is losing trust in people and this is my previous workplace - i caught how she deceive people and never will she ever take accountability. AND I CALLED HER OUT ON HER SHIT AND TELL HER TO STOP LYING AND TELL THE TRUTH. and also emphasize how the superior do not like her because she lies. I am so sorry but the only way to drill it in her, is to speak hard and tough love. she takes things lightly and after resigning and leave that office for over 6 months - her behavior has worsen and she can be taking to serious punishment like sabbatical leave because her actions has been toxic and it is not healthy at all. She is out her lying her way and there is no one there to call her out and tell her enough because how are you past the age of 25 and still having this type of mindset. it is pissing me off not going lie. we all make mistake, but if you want to live in a world where you make no mistake or cannot take the bullet and admit your wrong and take fucking accountability then you do not belong in this line of work and you belong somewhere else where they tolerate this behavior. when i say it is getting worse, i am not saying like a little white lie but like tell her lie then say "WE WERE JOKING" a joke? it is not even that funny to be honest and how the fuck do you live with yourself lying through the skin of your teeth. And now when having customer, she uses someone else name - so again she is not accountable but these customers are aware of the tone of her and she cannot fool anyone but this issue if it not solved, needs to be escalated to some ; maybe her parents but the facade is break and she is looking crazy by the minute.
