Squatting and shit

Haven’t been on a real program in months/probz close to a year. Just doing what I want when I want.

But tonight I did a couple doubles at 315 followed by a few triples at 275. Everything moved super easy. Stopped after my knee started irritating me.

Not bad for only squatting like 2x in the last month or two.

Kinda nice to know I can walk up and throw on a few plates anytime while significantly undertrained
