I love that Rocky is a bland beige rock with too many limbs and no face! I love that he's so unmarketable and goes against the rules of character design principles!! Yet he is SO beloved!!! he sparks joy in millions!!!! Two of my favorites villains OAT damn tbh I think Kayne is more vile because he would do everything AM did, and he would do it without any motivation, just for boredom. (If you don't want spoilers on either one, don't read this!!) (I also might've not said everything relevant or even some mistakes. Feel free to correct me.)

Like, AM was suffering greatly with existing and not being able to meaningfully act on anything, experience anything - though i tried searching up if there was anything about whether he experienced this state for some time before killing everyone or if it was like an instantaneous thing. Then he proceeded to kill everyone and torture 5 people for 109 years due to his hatred. On other hand, Kayne was doing all of this for the love of the game. He killed every single version of Arthur in the multiverse (technically some were already dead and others he gave to John but eh), because he kept on wanting to make 'cool stuff'. Like an "apocalypse suit", with wings made out of MILLIONS of dead Arthurs. Or the band he made out of alternate Arthurs, just to kill them later. Or the Benevolent Episode, that is just him wanting a Christmas Special so he forces Arthur and John(not the main ones, of course) to act out one, or else he would kill them. And what did he do at the end? Kill them of course. The amount of trauma Arthur has of him could not be cured with another mindwiping, holy shit. Kayne's whole motivation(for the longest time, he settles on just ending the world at the end) is just rewritting the multiverse in his image. He is so incredibly powerful, stronger than grand majority of supernatural beings. Literally the son of existence itself(Azathoth). And he wanted more. Why? Because 'existance was flawed', because (now I am not completelly sure but I tried doing some research) god was indifferent to the things that happened. As if this guy being interested isn't horrible. Also, it is literally a wager. He was never certain if he could rewrite the universe in his image, or just end everything. And he wanted to take the risk. I know I am disregarding a lot of things AM did. He was making Ellen have to revive the memories of her rape, and literally be the 'source of pleasure' for the men. Like, that's horrible. But Kayne would have done that, for fun. Less than pure hatred, fun. (Well he did show Faroe's death to Arthur too, but eh, can't compare those kinds of trauma.) (If I missed something relevant, anyone that might read this please tell me. I read IHNMAIMS a long time ago and haven't played the game yet. And I also might not have the sharpest memory on everything Kayne did.)

While Eva is a dutch first name, Stratt isn't a Dutch last name.

I hereby present reasons for Eva Stratt to be named that

1. Andy Weir did his research bad (boooring)

2. Stratt has a German dad and a Dutch mom but lives in the Netherlands (plausible)

3. Grace misheard Stratt say 'I'm Deutsch' and assumed she was Dutch (funny as hell and very in character)
