once again in an effort to not burn my white ass mouth i didnt put enough spice in and it was bland 😭
Next time, go ham on spices and use acids like lemon juice or sour cream to reduce heat when you serve it. This is how I cook for my partner who cannot handle food as seasoned as I like it.
