Something New (or How Diath Found his Amethyst)

One of my New Year’s resolutions was to start actually sharing my writing instead of letting it stagnate in a folder, so here we are! Consider this Episode 1 of Shelbs Can Write, I guess? If you’re just here for drawings, I promise I won’t bog this blog down; but since it’s technically art, I’m putting it here on my art blog.

For those of you who watch Dice, Camera, Action, we got a little bit of this story in Episode 73. I had a few ideas and wanted to take a crack at expanding on it. This is far longer than it has any right to be, but I was having fun. So, uh, enjoy!
