Scenario 1: When Extender’s SSID is not detected

Note: Use wired connection to install extender.

·         Connect to your extender from the displayed screen and then click the Finish button.

Scenario 2: When main SSID is not being detected by the extender

·         In such situations you need to relocate the extender. Try to set up your extender on the same location/room where your main router is already located.

·         Just relocating extender might not solve your problem so now you need to reboot your extender and router.

·         For rebooting your extender and router you can simply switch OFF your extender and router by pressing power button and using same power button you can switch it ON.

After rebooting your problem should be fixed, but if SSID is still not detected then change the wireless channel on router and then try.
