Halloween's coming, which means retailers are going to be stock full of offensive products (#culturalappropriation). The latest offender? The company Dolls Kill, which is selling Native American he

DOLLS KILL ARE AT IT AGAIN
Only two months after being called out for stocking clothing from a company that used artist Bei Badgirl’s stolen artwork, Dolls Kill have begun selling more stolen designs, this time from indepent designer Marialia.
A friend of Marialia’s posted these three photos to Instagram
This image shows that Marialia sent line sheets of her swimsuit design last year to Dolls Kill, who were also at one point stocking Marialia’s clothing, though the brand is no longer on the site (hmm wonder why). This right here proves that Dolls Kill knew last year about Marialia’s swimsuit design so they cannot claim that they didn’t know this design was stolen from Marialia. I also find it quite insulting that they rejected Marialia’s design yet eight months later decided to stock a knock off.
The text at the bottom of this image is what Marialia’s friend had to say about Dolls Kill stocking a knockoff of Marialia’s swimsuit
When I saw this i was disgusted, that after the whole fiasco with Bei Bagirl, Nikki Lipstick, Gitsie Wood and Dolls Kill only 2 months ago that Dolls Kill were still stocking brands that knockoff other artists and designers work and profitting from it, so I reposted the above photo to my Instagram. In the caption I explained that Dolls Kill were knowingly stocking an item of clothing from a company that had plagarised another designers idea, I also briefly went into what happened with Bei Badgirl and her friends. Now my Instagram isn’t very big i have under 200 followers and i am in no way a well known person with a big audience or influence so imagine my suprise when the next day I went onto Instagram and saw that the owner of Dolls Kill Shoddy Lynn had commented on the post.
This is the comment Shoddy Lynn left on my Instagram and my response to her
I actually was very amused by this, Shoddy Lynn has just proven that she often checks out the Boycott Dolls Kill hastag on Instagram, because how else would she have seen this post? I didn’t tag her or Dolls Kill in the photo only used the Boycott Dolls Kill hastag, I also didn’t use the actual Dolls Kill hashtag and like I mentioned I’m not some internet celebrity with millions of followers and a big influencer, I am just a random person with under 200 followers so the only way she could have seen it would be to have gone through the Boycott Dolls Kill hastag which i find pathetic. How as a business owner does she have time to be going through hastags on Instagram to see if anyone is saying anything negative about her or her company? she really should be using that time to run her business with integrity and making sure the brands she stocks aren’t stealing from other artists or designers.
Ok so you see the part of Shoddy Lynn’s comment highlight in red? decided to investigate her claim that Minimale Animale made this swimsuit in 2014.
This is a screenshot taken from Minimale Animale’s offical website showing the swimsuit
As you can see in the screenshot, the swimsuit is in the Resort 2016 category, if this swimsuit was made in 2014 then why is it placed in a category for 2016? also notice how the name does not mention Rihanna? the name of the swimsuit on Dolls Kill’s website doesn’t either, if the swimsuit was inspired by a swimsuit Rihanna wore why does the name not mention that?
This is a recent catalog from Dolls Kill advertising the swimsuit, why advertise a 2 year old swimsuit?
The description of the swmsuit on Miminale Animale’s site doesn’t mention Rihanna anywhere
The description of the swmsuit on Dolls Kill’s site doesn’t mention Rihanna anywhere
So to conclude this is what I discovered about Shoddy Lynn’s claims
“THIS STYLE SWIMSUIT HAS BEEN AN ICONIC MINIMALE ANIMALE CUT FOR YEARS” On Minimale Animale’s website the swimsuit is under the category “Resort 2016”, no where does it mention ever being produced before that and Dolls Kill’s website doesn’t mention the date that it was made anywhere. Dolls Kill recently began promoting this swimsuit which doesn’t make sense why promote a 2 year old design? this swimsuit appears to be fairy new on both Dolls Kill and the Minimale Animale website.
“THIS IS THE SWIMSUIT RIHANNA WORE IN APRIL 2014 WHICH WE HAD THE BRAND MINIMALE ANIMALE REPRODUCE FOR US” Yes Rihanna wore this kind of swimsuit in 2014, However nowhere on Dolls Kill’s or Minimale Animale’s website does it mention anything about Rihanna anywhere in relation to this swimsuit and as previously mentioned this swimsuit appears to have only appeared as of April this year.

DOLLS KILL STOCKING A TSHIRT PROMOTING RAPE CULTURE. ENDS UP ON DAILYMAIL
Well well, look what made it onto Dailymail.
Sugarpill’s clothing the same brand that stole one of Bei BadGirl’s artwork for one of their jumpers, also put out a Tshirt which says “Dead girls can’t say no.” I personally find this absolutely appalling of them to put out a shirt like this to try and be “edgy”. There is nothing edgy about rape, rape is a devastating crime that ruins lives. I’m sure victims of rape would not at all be happy that this disgusting company is profiting off such a horrible tragic thing.
Here is Bei BadGirl calling out Dolls Kill and Sugarpill’s clothing for this appalling tshirt.
Dolls Kill are also responsible for this why? because Dolls Kill know that this brand is shady and unethical, they know that they steal artwork to use for prints on their clothing and they know they promote rape culture but still choose to support this company. Not only that Dolls Kill made the choice to stock this disgusting Tshirt and the jumper using Bei BadGirl’s artwork. The other thing is Dolls Kill get a cut of the profits from the clothes they sell, so they to are profiting from this tshirt which is completely sick and wrong.

Jeffree Star No Longer Supplies To Dolls Kill
TIME MANAGMENT
This is the email that I sent to Dolls Kill regarding the jumper they had on their website which used one of Bei Badgirl’s artworks as a print without permission, giving credit or compensation.
Like I said I never got a reply from them about this, so imagine how surprised I was when just yesterday they sent me this.
So they don’t have time to answer genuine customer concerns regarding selling tshirts from companies that have stolen someones artwork and used it as the print, but they have plenty of time to email their customers about sales on their website? what a joke, no thanks Dolls Kill I think I’ll stick to ethical companies.
DOLLS KILL ARE STALKING AND HAVE THREATENED BEI BADGIRL WITH A LAWSUIT
Dolls Kill are now going to extreme levels to try and silence anyone from speaking out against them. This is harassment, defamation is the act of making untrue statements about someone which damages their reputation, the stuff that Bei Badgirl, Nikki Lipstick and many others have said about Dolls Kill has not been untrue. Bei Badgirl really did have her artwork stolen by a company stocked by Dolls Kill.
This really shows the true colours behind those who run this company and their ethics, hiring someone to stalk and threaten someone with a lawsuit for simply speaking out against having their artwork stolen. Noone should be stalked, harassed or threatened into silence that is just plain wrong.
I noticed that the posts Bei Badgirl had about Dolls Kill on her Instagram are now gone. I’m guessing the post that was deleted was one of the posts where she called out Dolls Kill, as for the rest of them I’m not sure of seems maybe Bei took them down due to the harassment and legal threats she was receiving. I’m not saying Dolls Kill hacked her account because there is no evidence of that so I don’t actually know who did, I will however say that I find it weird that Bei Badgirl’s account was hacked during the exact time she was calling out Dolls Kill and that the hacker deleted a post. Again I’m not accusing them of this.
BEI BADGIRL, NIKKI LIPSTICK AND GITSIE WOOD ALL GET RIPPED OFF BY A COMPANY SUPPORTED BY DOLLS KILL
About two days ago now, Dolls Kill added some new clothing and accessories to their online store, one of the items of clothing added was this Jumper from Sugarpill’s clothing.
It didn’t take long for people including Bei Badgirl to notice that the print of this jumper was a complete knock off, off one of her artworks.
As you can see, Sugarpill’s clothing removed the Badgirl logo from the bottom right corner and replaced it with “rich bitch”, there are some other details that were changed, but overall the print on the jumper is still close enough to Bei Badgirl’s artwork to be considered a knock off.
When BeiBagirl saw this she complained about it on her social media accounts
Her complaints however, were ignored by both Sugarpill’s Clothing and Dolls Kill, so she then emailed Dolls Kill about this and also encouraged others to do the same, to inform Dolls Kill that this jumper they were stocking contained stolen artwork. At first I gave Dolls Kill the benefit of the doubt, I have ordered from them before and have always had very good customer service and the products I bought from them were good quality, I had never known them to be shady so I like quite a few others thought that they may not have known.
I emailed them, and got told one of them would get back to me but I am yet to here a reply from them, which I find weird because I once emailed them and they emailed me back immediately so it seems like they are trying to avoid addressing this incident.
Soon after this incident it came out that Bei Badgirl, was not the only independent artist to have been ripped off by a clothing company that has been stocked by Dolls Kills, Nikki Lipstick and Gitsie Wood along with countless others, have had their artwork and designs ripped off by other companies and sold through Dolls Kill.
A clothing store stocked by Dolls Kill called Bone Idol, has ripped off quite a few independent designers and artists and here below you will see evidence of that.
Now I know what you may be thinking “how is this Dolls Kill’s fault? they didn’t steal the designs.” While Dolls Kill themselves may not have stolen these designs, they are supporting companies that plagiarize, it is their responsibility to ensure that the brand is not stealing their designs from other other designers or artists before they stock items from that brand, and they aren’t doing that but even worse when people try to tell them about these companies they ignore people making them partially responsible for selling stolen art. They profit from the companies they stock as well as the companies so they too profit from these stolen designs.
Bei Badgirl, Nikki Lipstick and Gitsie Wood have all been blocked from Dolls Kill, so instead of addressing and fixing this incident they have decided to block the artists who have had their work stolen and continue to do business with shady companies that plagiarize.
WELCOME
I would like to start off this blog with a little introduction. I used to be a fan and a supporter of the online retailer Dolls Kill and have purchased things from them. About two nights ago it came to my attention that Dolls Kill, had begun to stock a jumper from a brand called Sugarpill’s that had a print on it of one of Bei Badgirl’s artworks. The company did not seek permission from Bei Badgirl to use her artwork on their jumper nor did they offer her compensation, they didn’t even give her credit. Bei Badgirl and many others have contacted Dolls Kill to inform them of this and ask them to stop stocking this jumper, however Dolls Kill have ignored customer complaints and blocked anyone who has spoken out about this from their social media accounts. This incident opened up a whole can of worms. Apparently this is far from Dolls Kill’s first shady offense. It has since come out that they have sold many other items on their website which use stolen artwork, refused to pay one of their models because she was black, made fun of and were rude to plus size model’s that they hired to model their plus size range, and much more.
I myself emailed Dolls Kill about the Bei Badgirl incident and they are yet to respond to me, however in the past when I had a problem with an order they responded to me immediately. I am no longer a supporter of this company and regret ever supporting them in the first place. I have started this blog to inform people before purchasing from Dolls Kill about their scandals and business ethics as Dolls Kill go out of their way to hide all of this. This is NOT! a hate page and anyone harassing or bullying anyone be it Dolls Kill, their supporters or fellow boycotters will be blocked. I respect anyone who decides they want to remain customers from Dolls Kill, that is their choice but I will continue this blog until Dolls Kill own up to their shady behavior.
