arknights update is so scary. just gained 45 max sanity out of nowhere, base ui is completely reworked, and there’s an absolutely horrible screenshot popup every. single. time. you take a screenshot that you have to manually dismiss. not a fan.

i still have fond memories of fucking nintendoland, which came free with the wii u and which was enjoyable enough that we played it regularly even well after other games released for the console, because the minigames were fun and the little plaza was fun to be in. and now the switch 2 has a paid tech demo that looks like a mobile game i’d play in 2015

oh my god and some of the physical game cartridges don’t even actually have the full game on them. god. five hundred dollars and eighty per game i hope it flops worse than the wii u

the entire direct was like. paid tech demo. paid graphics upgrades for games already on the switch. eighty dollar mario kart. ports. emulated games that you can emulate for far cheaper than the price of a switch 2. i don’t think d*ltarune or s*lksong are switch exclusives. they paid whatever king’s ransom was neccesary for bloodb*rne 2 exclusive i guess. paid tech demo. paid. tech demo. astrobot was free and was also, like, a game and not a set of billboards. incredible letdown.
