A few days ago I started cutting again because everything has gotten so bad and stressful even though I thought I had been doing better. Although it worried me that I had resorted to my old ways, I didn't know how bad I really was until I couldn't even stand the sight on myself in a mirror and started purging anytime I could as well. I had never purged before, but it didn't matter what or how much I ate, I couldn't stand the idea of me weighing even a GRAM more than I had previously. It didn't really connect until I noticed I lost 3.5 lbs in a single day. What worries me is that I first smiled when I saw how much I lost and just want to continue.
