Academic writing

The writer should convince readers. During your writing you should not try to jump topic. Sometimes writer tends to jump to similar topic however if the writer jump topic, it seems like the writer is losing its own credibility of purpose. In your academic writing should include experts’ explanation and persuasive statement.  The ideas should not be conflict in academic essay you should stand for one side of debate.  You must use expert claims as support your thesis in order to persuade audiences.  Supporting the thesis based on expert claims will be very strong persuading statement to audiences.

Plagiarism vs citation

Plagiarism is using another author’s thoughts, ideas or original works as if they were your own. Citation is publicly admitting that you are using another author’s ideas, thoughts or original works.  

For example;

The Internet is a global system of interconnected computer networks that use the standard Internet Protocol Suite (TCP/IP) to serve billions of users worldwide.

It is plagiarism since i just copied and paste on my blog.

The regulations of copyright interrupt people to share ideas and express their thoughts and feelings.  Because of copyrights people can do any creativity works. We need to get a permission in order to copy any contents or image in the digital world otherwise it is against regulation of copyright. If you use it without permission you are becoming a trespasser.  He doesn’t want our kids to become a passive because there are too many copyright regulations. He wants to get rid of copyrights as new generation can make some creative works.
