Some comfort for my emotionally tired peeps （╹◡╹）♡

Sukuna is not for sentimentality. Perhaps the path he walked had made him so. But your very being questioned that notion, making him feel things he didn’t believe himself to be capable of.

His pain, he had countered. But the ache caused in his heart by yours was a whole new level of misery. The sobs you try to silence from him, the teary gaze you turn away.

He’s stunned into silence.

You’re a foolish, emotional creature. Yet now that you reign in his heart…he wishes he could crush whatever caused you pain. Keep you to him and have all your problems disappear.

“Stop crying.” He demands, unbothered by the tears that stain the fabric of his clothes, a hand resting on top of your head to pet away the pain. He’s deeply angry about whatever so might have caused you distress.

“Stop.” He demands again, though he doesn’t mean it. He’s new to providing comfort, after all. But as your sniffles subside, he lets out a little huff, “you sentimental fool.”

He wipes your tears away with his clawed hands and speaks gruffly, “there’s nothing to worry about, brat.”

Pressing a kiss to your forehead, he grumbles again, “I’m here, aren’t I?”
