If An Zhe cut off his arm or something instead of stepping into the Simpson cage, do you think they would have gotten the frequency? Since his inert spore was able to, I wonder why An Zhe made full eye contact with Lu Feng and said see you never??? Not that I did not appreciate the drama because I DID cry, but it seemed kind of unecessary now that I'm thinking back to it.

op that is such an interesting question — but i wonder if he stepped in because one, he wasn't expecting to meet lu feng ever again (lf coming to the base was a complete and cruel coincidence) and two, because ah zhe was already near the end of his life and he knew he was going to die soon anyways. so i wonder maybe that's why he stepped in entirely?

Little Mushroom does not give two fucks about toning down drama because there’s a scene in which An Zhe (a mushroom disguised as a human who’s looking for his spore single mother style) is carrying a suitcase with basically a sex doll of Lu Feng (commissioned by a lady who was killed by Lu Feng briefly after) while SAID LU FENG (a dude who has fully permission to shoot anyone on sight AND HAS PRACTICED THIS WITH NO QUALMS) approaches him after shooting a bullet in the air because he saw Josh (An Ze’s neighbor, An Ze being the man An Zhe took his identity through mushroom powers) hug and confess to him
