Ive been gone for a bit because ive been focusing on therapy and my routine to keep normalcy within a trigger.

My ex moved here. His parents live here so its not an extreme surprise but his parents always said how he couldnt get/maintain a job and how if he moved in hed never move out so it was slightly shocking that they allowed him to.

Then they had the sheer fucking audacity to have him work where i work. Im sure they all had a good chuckle about sending my abusive ex to my job.

It made me physically/memtally ill for days. I had a panic after seeing him and now i cant leave the house without looking over my shoulder.

If theyre trying to drive me out, it wont work.

I made a home here. I made friends here. I found love here.

Im working on some things to protect myself.

I wont live in fear. I wont.

Ppl are fucking crazy and i cannot with the audacity

I was around the most disgusting pile of fucking garbage for a short span of time yesterday. I had to have the trash taken out by someone else because it was just so fucking revulting. I still feel so sick thinking about it 😫😫😫 its definitely impacted my appetite.
