July 22nd 2017. We finally made it. Acquiring a new TB from a VR6. Test fit some intercooler piping just to see what we need fabrication wise. Corey started labeling the Megasquirt harness. Very productive day.

June 22nd 2017. Notes.
July 22nd 2017. So we found out that 2/3 of my 020 transmissions will not work with my ABA and chassis, so that is freaking tight.
June 24th 2017. Hoodrich finally has four doors! Bought a bolt from Lowes instead of wasting even more time finding factory bolts. That turned into it’s own nightmare. Anyways. Respraying the exterior and prepping and priming the interior.
June 11th 2017. Making some progress. The interior is currently being painted and respraying the exterior due to bleed through. Also fixing some of the bodywork.
June 9th 2017. Graceful.
June 11th 2017. Out with the old.
June 10th 2017. Removing noise deadener.
May 3rd 2017. Fun with dry ice. Removing all of the old noise deadener.
June 3rd 2017. Took babe out of the garage to clean.
May 30th 2017. So there has been more progress other than this. But I’ve been working 63 hours a week plus 12 hours of commuting. It’s a drag. Though more money for the project I never get to work on. Today I prepped and primed the door sills, lower valance, and door trim. We spent some time two weeks ago prepping and cleaning the hood skeleton and transmission. Got the rear main seal and gaskets for it too. Just have been shit on updates. Hopefully more updates to come soon.
So. A small update. I switched jobs and now work 11 hour shifts at the Subaru dealership, five days a week. Add in the 3 hour commute and I’m down for the count. Corey has been working on things and snagging parts, doing such a wonderful job. The engine is mostly together. I’m hoping once the pay starts rolling in we will be able to purchase the new turbo etc. I also picked up some new wheels to roll around on. Hopefully things will start sailing smoother and we can make a bit more progress.
March 4th 2017. Made sure our tags are good for life.
March 4th 2017. Getting the rest of the components painted and ready to go.
March 3rd 2017.
Found a throwback collage from 2014. We've came a long way. Bottom right was from when I found out the gas tank was cracked.
February 20th 2017. Resprayed the brake booster Teal (originally white). We also are testing out a new 1k clear. Turned out so lovely.
