Notorious for being a huge fucking douchebag, I ventured into the world of his supposedly equally bad music to explore just how much crap this guy was full of.
As an avid Supernatural fan and a person with good common sense, I already had a bias against Beiber. But I tried to ignore his baby face (baby beaver Beiber!) and overall bullcrap fandom to listen give an honest review.
Some, like Home-To-Mama, are not that bad! In fact, it was decent right up to the songs from Journal. Is that Snoop Dogg or Tyga I hear, Beaver Baby?
All That Matters features some baby crying in the background, but I guess overall the lyrics aren't super shit. Then there's Boyfriend.

The things I do for this blog, and it's still a little unfollowed baby.
BOtDF is a band with blatantly sexual lyrics and a sort of slow-rap to catchy techno beats. They have an awful, and well-earned, reputation, and a very aggressive response to haters. My most enjoyable moment was when the ads came on, and once during S My D, in which the bad lyrics stopped and the singer informed me that 'seriously, I don't have any underwear on.' I laughed a little.

But seriously! If you enjoy what is sort of musical erotica, not too much vocals, and a smooth, consistent, and kind of.. high-pitch? voice, you'll get a kick out of them. They have a concert on the 11th, St. Louis! Go! Throw a tomato at them for me, would you?

Am I being a little harsh? Yeah! Thinking back, I may have enjoyed the smooth flow, or that could be that thing in your brain that makes memories of physical pain not hurt so you can relive them. The lyrics for BOtDF are truly god-awful. It's like bad Homestuck smut.

(I'm late to this party, I know.) Actually, I enjoyed this album, although I did start it with a little apprehension. If you enjoy pop rap with a good, solid (if repititive-but that's the style) chorus and club/booty/sexual themes, you might like this. If you're hosting a party, I recommend it.
However, after 38 solid minutes of it?
Yeah, I was excited when 'We Are One' came on and I knew it was over. It's all very similar.
The lyrics are fairly clear cut, but sometimes I really can't tell what Mr. Bull is trying to say, here. But there's no mystery to it-it's a love that can't be tamed, they're going down, yelling timber.
Actually? I'm not sure what Timber meant, although it wasn't on this album. Why is she going down-

ID brings a new sound will hints of their old one to the table. It's a fresh taste, with a lot of things you don't get from today's pop, but with hints of the expected-such as I Bet My Life, which fits with most pop songs. Some. however, bring an original taste to common ideas-See Polaroid, where they state 'Love is a Polaroid picture.' Sounds like something you hear a lot, but they did a fantastic job remodeling the way you get the message.
You might wanna give the full thing a listen before you jump and spend your money on the whole thing, though, as some of the songs can be a little rough or perhaps a little not to your preference, as it fluctuates throughout the entire thing!

With a new, calmer sound, you can see why I chose to review these two together-the bands chose a very similar route in their development! FOB brings some songs to get you moving-Irresistible, Fourth Of July, Uma Thurman-and some to get you thinking-The Kids Aren't Alright, Jet Pack Blues. This could be thought-provoking lyrics, or maybe you just don't get it yet!
Again, before you leap on it, take a listen. They've got a lot of variety and instead of buying the whole album, you might just want a select few songs that appeal to you.
