“Hey!” He snatched the laptop back, opening it to see just what he could have open that made her so insufferable. Nothing too important. He had a page up about his credit card balances, which he immediately closed. A quick gaming video, a music playlist, his blog feed. What could be so bad about his blog? It was mostly pictures of food. Except… oh great. “Can you not steal my computer to look up weird crap?” he asked, trying to turn the subject from the questionable blogs that insisted on following him for no real reason.

      “Weird crap? Noctis please,  I don’t do those things on other peoples computers!!”        Smiling innocently at him, she brings her phone up for a quick snap-chat shot of him. Putting on ridiculous filters and other cute stickers to keep in her phone for a good memory. It wasn't everyday Vanille would have the pleasure to meet Lightnings significant other. She understood he was Promptos best friend, but this was also the man that her dear stoic friend was having an interesting relationship with. He was cute and he seemed like a good man, but he has to pass the best friend test in order for him to live a peacefully quiet life with Light.

Wow. Could she be more invasive? “Okay. Two things. What the hell are you talking about, and why are you going through my computer?” He snapped the laptop shut and sat down on the couch, moving it into his lap. This is why he didn’t like meeting Prompto’s friends, even if they were mutual friends of Light’s.

      “I’m not judgin’ or anythin’!           I was just goin’ to Google something and you happened to have a few things open---                                 along with that womans legs---I mean what!?”

She giggles at him, holding her hands up he snatches his computer back. She didn't mean to pry in the first place, but the other should really close all the tabs he has open. Curiosity is an awful thing. She wonders if Lightning knows about the certain things he looks at, after all they were pretty close now. . .

      “Should I be concerned about the strange things that appear on your blog, Noctis?             How on earth did you attract----I’m not even going to finish this sentence!” Her face flusters a light hue of red at the thought of, ‘exposure’ blogs following the raven male. It wasn’t setting well with her, so she just goes back to playing on her phone.

“That’s true…I’m happy to have someone new around to hang out with. Everyone seems so busy or has their own life now and separated.” 

“And h-hey! i’m new to this sort of thing! Sorta…There were a lot of things I haven’t considered that I need to start making into a habit. Erm, but…thanks? Is my hair really that beautiful?” 

Repliku pulled a bit forward to look at it. On his brother, sure. Although out of the two, he’s the model now so there might be some truth to this…?

“I have split ends? See! I can’t even tell!” 

    “Yeah, thats sorta become a thing around here, huh!? Oh well, at least you can’t shake me off Reppy! I’ll never leave you!” 

     “You’re welcome! I know you’re new and all, but still! You have to take care of the lovely                          qualities you've been gifted with, okay!?”  Letting go of his shoulders, she steps back from him and opts to grab his hand instead, a habit she hasn’t quite shaken off since they've been friends. It was second nature to her now. It helped her cope sometimes and just having one of her friends around always made her feel the safest. Snickering as he looked over his hair, he nods a little,        “They’re very faint my dear, but I promise once you get the trim and a better conditioner, your                     hair will be back to its normal form!”

“Hopefully! You know I love going to the beach. If we didn’t make it there at least once I’d be sad.” Serah would even go by herself if she had too. The beach was one of her favorite places in the word. It felt like home to her. 

“That’s cute, though I feel like it would look better on you then it would me.” Serah smiled happily. “Speaking of going to the beach though, I guess we should look at some swim suits today then. hm?”

    “Mhmm! Maybe we can visit Lebreau and all them too!” Nodding in agreement, she made a mental note to text the bartender about planning a day at the beach. It wasn't summer fun if they didn’t invite their friends to join them! Giggling as she looked over the dress once more, ‘perhaps---but it needs to be yellow...’ she decides to set it back where she found it, she hums thoughtfully,       “I guess we outta---               I can’t seem to remember where I placed mine at home when I                                                                       decided to do seasonal cleaning...”

“I’d hope you meant the skirt!” Serah teased as her arm was grabbed. She followed after her friend without fuss, her eyes glancing over the selected clothing. “I will, I will.” She answered, just honestly unsure what she should be picking out to even try on. She’d sort of gotten down what styles of clothing looked good on her and stuck to that. 

“I ended up feeling too naked in a lot of the stuff I needed to try on… I swear, summer clothes are supposed to be smaller, but I don’t want to be in danger of flashing people!”

   “Thats true---I wonder, are we going to the beach sometime this summer too?            It’s been far to long since we’ve been there. . . “ 

    Oh, the beach. She misses it so much. Being a city girl was fun and all, but the beach is the one location the red-head always seemed to think back on. Not only could she wear super cute outfits there, but there was so much to do! Wondering if she should invite Lightning with them, she idly picks up a summer dress and holds it up to Serah. It was a simple halter topped pattern and a few pineapples scattered on it. ‘Probably not her cup of tea...’

Serah smiled as she watched her friend twirl around in the skirt she’d tried on. She examined it closely before shaking her head. “Not at all. Your butt looks fine.”  She giggled a bit. “I like that color on you, even though I might be a little bias. It looks cute!”

 She hums as she touches the lace hem of the skirt, feeling as if it were a little tacky, but it was a nice shade of pink she really wanted to add to her closet. Taking the price tag, her eyes sparkle, 

     “Thank you---It’s on sale too,                  the skirt I mean, not my butt!”  She giggles, but proceeds to walk to the strawberry blonde and grabs her arm gently, tugging her to the selection she picked from,        “Are you gonna get anything with me!?”

      “Hey Serah, does this skirt make my butt look to big!?                  Be honest!” Twirling her body in place as the pink skirt she decided to try on flowed freely from her waist down to her knees, she stopped so that her back side could be shown. Shopping was definitely a remedy she needed after being away for so long. Girl time was a necessity shes been missing since shes been gone! Fang was great to connect with, but she doesn't get Vanille on the spiritual level that Serah does. . .
