If I were a billionaire I would absolutely tell my secretary to send wedding gifts to anyone who sent me an invite regardless of if I knew them, because- A. I know how expensive that nonsense is. B. I would be a billionaire and when else am I gonna do with that much money? Honestly… and C. I would totally make showing up at random weddings with crazy awesome gifts my new stress relief hobby. “Congratulations random strangers! I admire your daring and stratigic planning. OTP Prompt #2

Person A is not a U.S. citizen, but is living there on a work Visa, and has recently lost their job. Just when they’ve resigned to having to leave their new home, their best friend Person B, who is a U.S. citizen, proposes a solution: a marriage of convenience.

Bonus: Person B has had a crush on Person A for a long time.

A is a police officer, and B is a nurse who is also an artist. Any ideas on how they can meet and fall for each other?

•Person A gets shot and Person B ends up being the one nursing him back to health, meaning they spend a lot of time together, and eventually fall in love

•Person A has to question people who work in the hospital where Person B works, and has to ask B a few questions. A comes in multiple times and asks for B specifically. Eventually they start talking about things other than the case and one thing leads to another

•While B is on duty, their studio is being robbed and someone steals one of their art pieces. It ends up being auctioned off at a police auction, but B comes in during the auction and proves to Person A that the art is theirs. A helps B get their art back and figure out who stole it

•B’s house is broken into right as they’re getting home. They call the police and A shows up, recognizing B as a nurse that once treated them for an injury

•Both A and B are taking a college class related to medicine and A notices B doodling in their notes and compliments B, causing a conversation to ensue. Later on, at a party, someone tries to drug B and A sees, apprehending the person

•B is doing a project where they’re painting/drawing/something police officers and ends up doing a piece on A. B is so happy with how the piece turned out that they end up following A around for more

•Person A and Person B have been neighbors and grew up together and fall in love without realizing it until they’re all grown up and ready to move out•Person A’s dog poops in Person B’s lawn and B gets really mad but A apologizes a lot and invited B into their house for lunch; B declines at first but A says what’s to eat and it turns out that it’s B’s favorite food•There’s a horrible car crash on their street and Person A and Person B both witness it and have to go to court together as witnesses and end up bonding•The two of them have been in a feud for years because one of them got leaves in the other’s yard or one of them accidentally poisoned a plant or something like that and they kept retaliating with each other’s yards until eventually the hatred turns into romantic passion•Person A is mowing their front lawn and Person B has a friend over, Person C, and C sees A and thinks A is really attractive and wants to hit on them, but B tries to stop them, telling them not to disturb their neighbors, but C marches over and tells A that they’re hot and B gets really flustered and doesn’t know whyBonus: C asks A out but then A sees B and says they’d rather go out with B just to get their reaction•Person A’s house catches on fire and Person B notices and calls 911 but gets impatient and rushes in alone and saves A

What about some prompts for if person A and B are forced to be partners (group project, etc) and A dislikes B, and B doesn't want to be there? Any ideas for how would they start falling for each other?

•A notices that B has little doodles all over their school papers and thinks it’s kinda cute. Bonus if B notices that A has tiny doodles all over their papers too and goes “hey, I doodle on my papers too”•they both go to A’s house to work on a project and A puts music on with the attitude of "my house, my rules,” but it turns out that they share similar taste in music and have more in common than they thought. Bonus if by the end they’re both singing the lyrics really loudly together•They work on something together after school but a snowstorm happens and they are stuck together wherever they are for a few days•Both absolutely hate the project and/or the teacher and start making witty insults and laughing at each other’s jokes•B sees A being bullied and sticks up for them because it goes against their morals or personal philosophy, causing A to fall for B•B gets injured while doing the project (if it’s chemistry or something) and A provides medical assistance and they touch and fall for each other•They walk to A’s house to work on the project but A forget their key and they’re locked out together and it starts pouring down rain and they get cold maybe and huddle together

A prompt where person A is a snobby rich person and person B is a not-so-popular geek. They're both at the top of their high school class and hate each other with a passion. How would they fall in love/confess their love?

•B gets a slightly bad grade on a test and starts crying alone in the bathroom. A hears B crying and comes in and sits with B and understands B’s pain and tries to console B. B explains what happened and is like “I failed a test! Are you happy now?” and A reasons that the grade really isn’t that bad and shares some of their own troubles•A starts incorporating B into their friend group and stuff to try to distract B from schoolwork, but discovers that B is actually an interesting person and begins to have feelings for them•A is desperate while doing homework and texts B to ask for helps with a math problem and they start having a real conversation and start talking on a regular basis, maybe excuses to ask each other more questions and eventually at like 2am A asks B on a date•B catches A cheating and A makes B swear not to tell anyone. B gets stressed about it and they end up having a heartfelt conversation, B convincing A that they shouldn’t be dishonest even when their grade is at stake•Get into an argument in the middle of a test and get sent out together, then start talking and bond while waiting, maybe over the hatred of a teacher or difficulties in certain subjects, then finally when a teacher comes in person A says something rude to the teacher like “fuck you!” And the teacher’s like “excuse me? You’re coming back here tomorrow for detention” and person A turns to person B and says “hey do you wanna hang out here tomorrow?” and so person B turns to the teacher and says “fuck you!”

I have a story where A and B are best friends. B loves A but A is falling for C. (B doesn't know about C.) In a certain part of my story, A starts having a panic attack because of everything happening around them. (They're watching the news where a bunch of things are happening and they're remembering a traumatic experience from their childhood that left them without a family) B comes in and sees A and tries to help them. Any ideas for what they could say/do?

•B gets really worried immediately •A keeps asking for C and B doesn’t know what A is talking about but tries to reassure them that everything is okay•B sits down next to them and instructs them to focus on their breathing and tries really hard to not freak out•B sits next to A and puts a reassuring arm them and promises that “I’ll be there for them for whatever you need, no matter what; I care about you” and continues reassuring them until A confides in B what has happened to A, and B can’t help but hug A tightly in silence•B was just about to confess their love to A before this happened but holds off because A has too much to deal with already•B reassures A and starts calming A down and gets to the point where they confess their love for A•B gives A a hug and sits with them on the couch and gets a blanket and makes popcorn and they watch Netflix together to calm A down until A falls asleep on B’s shoulder

•Person A has liked Person B for years but doesn’t have the guts to tell them and B has absolutely no idea•A’s friends are always teasing A and B about dating and it makes A happy and and sad because they imagine it too but they know B will never like them back•A keeps doing stunts to try to impress B and ends up getting seriously injured; B visits A in the hospital•A keeps entering relationships to try to make B jealous and ends up with a string of broken romances all because A wanted B’s attention•A gets really close to B’s friends to get closer to B but it only makes B think of A as more of a friend•A changes their own personality to impress B but it backfires: either A gets close to B and realizes that it’s all fake, or A acts like a douche and B is turned off

Honestly the most important part of height difference OTPs: when the taller one lifts the shorter one’s chin so they can kiss them. Bonus points if it’s gentle and the shorter one wasn’t expecting it.
