Listen pal, it's completely valid to not like emoji pronouns because they're inaccessible. And frankly, I'd be bitter too if I tried to point out how something was inaccessible and people came and attacked me instead of taking the time to analyze WHY it's being called inaccessible and any potential SOLUTIONS to that problem!
Because I HAVE seen potential solutions people have done with them! Including how they can be spelled out for people who can't see emojis/screenreader stuff and other accessibility issues.
The LGBTQ+ community is full of BS like ableism, racism, etc. And people want to pretend it doesn't exist by being defensive trolls instead of thinking of solutions to a very obvious problem. Because emoji pronouns are just not accessible. Some screen readers read emotes but some emotes also have really strange names that will make it extremely confusing when the reader reads them aloud.
This doesn't invalidate people that like them or want to use them, but if they want people to use them who are disabled or impairments...they should make sure they can be used by those people?? Good people don't like to not use people's pronouns but sometimes there are circumstances where it's literally not possible and sometimes we have to make accomodations to be respected and respect others in the process without compromising anyone's identities 🤷

hello , i'm a biological girl but lately , I've been questioning that and wondering what gender I truly feel comfortable with expressing and to be viewed / and view myself as. Is it okay that i use the pups/pupself pronouns because they resonate with me and I find them rather cute and would enjoy being regarded to as ?

Oh...you just don't like emoji pronouns bc you're bitter about the accessability...oh, but people like to use those pronouns and it's their choice and they can have their own reasons that are just as important to them...but it's your blog so take your time.

pronouns =/= gender so its fine & normal for gender nonconforming people to prefer other pronouns even if theyre cis
i've been scrolling through this blog for a while just thinking about stuff, and i'm so genuinely confused and curious why the "shuffle" pronouns were considered to be from a troll ask but not other pronoun sets such as the "step" and "xeum" ones

hi!! i just wanted to say that emojipronouns are typically used for people who can't put their preferred pronouns due to not being out :/ to the other anon : it's super cool if you connect with that emoji to represent your actual pronouns, but please don't take this from non outed trans people.
that doesn't make them more accessible.
anyway all of that aside: i'm going to very hesitantly say that people may suggest pronoun sets for me to post and i will consider trying to dip my toes back into it
