Maybe I'm just being a weeb here, but I spent a decade of my life studying Japanese and I lived there for a year so whatever.
When All Might goes to Midoriya's house to talk to about him staying at the dorms, there is so much that is going on culturally here.
Like when All Might bows in front of them, that is the most humble, humiliating even, position you can be before someone. You cannot make a more humble apology or gesture than bowing so low to the ground. There's a thing about the lower you bow, the more respect you are paying. All Might put his face on the floor.

For Japan's main celebrity and super hero to be doing that, is an incredible move of respect.
The other thing is when Inko says that All Might is Izuku's "reason for living." The word there is actually ikigai. If you have ever seen one of these diagrams, you have encountered ikigai.
So when Inko says that All Might is Izuku's ikigai, she is referring to this concept. She's not like talking about a kid's obsession, she is talking about something deeper and more profound. I mean, I could ramble about ikigai, but it's something you can go down rabbit holes googling. And I think the diagram makes it pretty clear too.
Finally, when she says that she'll allow Izuku to return to UA, the literal meaning of the phrase she uses is that she'll "submit" or "yield," meaning she will no longer fight against Izuku's decision. Smaller nuance here, but I like it.
So yeah, that's my weeb infodump of the day.
PS: I know people love dadzawa but Inko literally asked All Might to raise Izuku. The word used for parents caring for their own children.
