Other side of the Mirror

Sometimes it's hard to be the person you want to be. So you become to person you need to be. But behind the mirror is another me. Longing to be free. To have a voice, so I have no choice but to let her live. And so I give her a place where she has the space to acknowledge herself and live fear free.

To meet a man that alters 20 years of education

He challenged my view on life, love, history, and perception of mathematic equations

To combine my love for him with his love for me

And finally get me to understand that one plus one equals three

To begin, he taught me that my love must be 100% to share with another

Not that I, "I want to find my other half shit". You must be a whole before woman before sharing your love with another

next, once i loved myself 100%

I should only seek another person of the same quality on which this love should be spent

Not a man who wants to divide my 100% by his 50% and leave us both wanting more

But my hundred and his hundred would blend so beautifully and creat the love for one more

A beautiful conception of a complete and full and love

A new solution to an equation I've gained a new understanding of

Maybe on paper 1+1 still equals two

But in my heart the equation will always equal three because of the knowledge I've gained from you
