In Super Mario Sunshine, Noki Bay has seashell-themed Noki houses floating on the surface of the water. These have several windows and a door, through which the inside of the houses can be seen.

However, the houses do not conform to traditional notions of spatial geometry. All the windows and doors only lead into the houses, but not out of them. When moving into a house through one of the openings, it becomes apparent that once inside, no windows or doors lead out of the house any longer, with the walls fully encircling the one who entered.

As such, it is possible to enter such a house, but not exit it.
