thinking about taylor laying back in the car after a show saying she was so happy and everyone was so happy watching tonight and then when she said the moments she was on stage looking out into the crowd helped make her life pastel and glittery again…..she really spent a lot of time worrying that people wouldn’t show up and wouldn’t want to support and love her anymore but we showed up and we were still here loving her and showed her as much care and excitement and happiness we could every night of the rep tour and to be able to see how much happiness those moments were able to bring to her is really special

On January 3rd 2009, a sweet 20yo messaged me saying she that she wanted to come to Brazil soon. Since that day I’ve been waiting with all the hope I could find. Your message really made me smile (and cry, a lot).

On April 22nd 2019, a brazilian journalist tweeted that Taylor Swift was finally coming to Brazil. I couldn’t contain myself, I couldn’t contain what I was feelings so I cried for two hours straight. Three months later same journalist posted that Taylor wasn’t coming anymore. I was heartbroken.

On September 17th 2019, Taylor Swift updated her events page: A CONCERT IN BRAZIL IN 2020. IT’S HAPPENING! All I ever wanted since I first listened to one of Taylor’s songs was to see her performing in my country, be able to see the woman who means so much to me in my home country.

Thank you @taylorswift for making one of my oldest dreams come true. I’ll promise that I’ll do everything in my power to be in that stadium next year, singing your songs from the top of my lungs. I love you 💗

On October 22nd of 2019, a dream that I have for over a decade started to come true. I finally got tickets to see miss Swift in my country. It still seems surreal that 𝓛over 𝓒oncert is coming to Brazil!

It’s 10:30 am and this morning I understood why I feel this unconditional love for taylor. Throughout the whole time I was watching Miss Americana, every time Taylor said or did something I felt deeply connected with her. When she and her mum talked about cancer I cried. When she almost cried for not being nominated at the Grammys, I wanted to be there and said “it’s okay darling, you don’t need them to tell you reputation is a work of art.” The time she cried because she wanted to speak out loud about midterm elections, but the people in the room were too scared for her safety, I wanted to be there and said “GIRL YOU HAVE ALL MY SUPPORT, GO AND SPEAK OUT LOUD BECAUSE YOU CAN”.

Every single moment I wanted to be there, beside her to support her, to joy with her, to cry with her or to scream for injustices with her. I think every swiftie feel this type of connection and that’s why we love her. She is our mum, our sister, our best friend and our baby, and we’ll do anything to protect her.

I love you in a platonic way. Words couldn’t espress the way I feel when I watch you win something or just simply smiling or being happy.

What you said about your albums and us is true (at least for me), I always realated to your albums and sometimes it scared me because I questioned myself “how can she knows that I am feeling just like that”

I wish one day I could be able to meet you in person and talk to you in person, to thank you for LITTERALY EVERYTHING.

I don’t know what the chances of you seeing this are (because I have no clue how to tumblr) but I still wanted to write this for you. I’m 19 years old and about to start my Sophomore year of college. I go to school in Nashville, Tennessee for Songwriting! I have been a fan of yours for over 10 years. My mom showed me your music when I was 9 and I immediately thought songwriting was THE COOLEST THING EVER! It has gotten (and will get) me through so many things. I mean it helped me survive middle school (DUN DUN DUN) Anyway having you and your music throughout my whole life has been such an amazing thing. Your lyrics are so raw and perfect and I’m so happy to be in the same industry as you. Thank you for setting new precedents and advocating for smaller artists like me - your kindness is real. I have been seeing you live since I was 10 (philly, tampa, and recently nashville!) and each time it gets better (but the Red era is still my favorite). Keeping it as short as possible, thank you for all of your music, guidance, and being a lovely, humble role model. I know lover will be fantastic and I hope to hug you and talk to you someday soon!
