Noah blinked in surprise when the other man came around to sit beside him, huffing out a laugh. “Good lord, you are large,” he said, because filtering his thoughts on their way to his mouth was not something he usually did. “What do you do for a living, lift cars off of trapped babies? If you touch fine china, does it just shatter into pieces? Maybe you should have all my tomatoes, you probably need a constant stream of calories to maintain your biceps.”
Xavier laughed at the man’s reaction. “Well, thank you. I haven’t done any of that yet, but I guess there is still time. Nah, I’ve lived a long time, plenty of time to work out, being a wolf does help, all that running”
